Cut emmissions to zero - cost trend

This one page doc. attempts to show the average Vermont Households fossil fuel operating cost moving from 9% of income to 14% of income between Aug. 04 and $3 fuel now. I give personal and community solutions that is taken together would allow for exporting more sustainable energy than any residual fossil fuel still being imported. Type in orange would be made attractive by legislative inputs.
